Bret Garef teaches Performing Arts (Grade 5) in the Middle School, as well as Dance (Grades K-4) with Ms. Bryant and Music (Grades K-4) with Ms. Asibuo in the Elementary School. He started to teach at Brilla College Prep in the 2017-2018 school year, as a Seton Teaching Fellow. He minored in Musical Theatre and majored in both Early Childhood Education and Psychology at Douglas College in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada where he is from. As a Master Catechist, he has taught Religion for thirteen years at many different parochial schools throughout his hometown. Mr. Garef is a 4th grade catechist for El Camino catholic faith formation program. He loves words, is a Scrabble champion, and can be very pun-ny!
